We act as the data controller for personal information processed through our website, concierge service and booking platform.

We collect information that you provide directly when booking a journey or contacting us, including your name, email address, phone number, billing address, travel itineraries, passenger details, and any special service requirements you share with our concierge team.

We also collect technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages visited, in order to operate the website securely and improve your experience.

Your data is used to deliver the services you request, communicate with you about bookings, process payments, comply with our legal obligations, prevent fraud, and — with your consent — share occasional updates about new routes and members-only experiences.

We process personal data under the lawful bases of contract performance, legitimate interest, legal obligation, and consent, as defined under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
